This series documents the people, plants and animals that have shared the air we all breathe. Some animals hold their breath for an astounding length of time or breath once every seventeen minutes. Some of these plants were the first on the planet to turn carbon monoxide into oxygen and others take breath and create, think and enact amazing things throughout time.
